If you don’t put the reps in, nothing grows.

Change can happen in an instant. One decision. One moment when you finally say: “Enough.”

But transformation doesn’t happen overnight. Most people burn out because they try to overhaul everything at once. The truth? It’s about small, consistent reps.

On the Storyteller Lens podcast with Akanksha Singh, I shared one of my favourite exercises: walk into a coffee shop and ask for a discount. You’ll almost always hear “no” — but you’ll build the muscle of confidence, resilience, and rejection tolerance.

That’s the same muscle the best salespeople in the world have mastered. They don’t fear “no.” They’ve trained to move through it.

Your brand, your success, your transformation — it’s not built in grand gestures. It’s built in the daily reps.
